The interview process was a one-time, onsite interview conducted within a single day. I had to meet with five different groups and choose one of five teams. If your pick matched one of the teams, you would be hired for that team.

First, we meet someone from the University Recruiter Office at our job fair. Next, they connect you with potential hiring teams. At least one person from each team conducts a phone interview. Finally, you visit one of these teams onsite – whoever
