Great Team, Long Commute
Great Team, Long Commute
Good salary, Boston area, good coworkers. Coworkers are very knowledgeable and helpful. We work as a team most of the time.
Long hours, multitasking most of the time. Should provide more training classes. Commute to Boston is very time-consuming.
Management should listen to employees. I think creativity is very important, and Java is a great success at Sun Microsystems.

Applied online directly through their site. I was a graduating senior and had spoken to a few of their recruiters at campus job fairs. They advised me to apply to specific openings.
Software Engineer
Not good enough. The interviewer is speechless, and the atmosphere is very nervous and unhappy. I need more preparation for the future interview with this company, and I believe I can do better after this failure.

It was a good experience overall. The interviewer was polite, helpful, and gave hints. I applied online. The recruiter reached out to me. Later, I had an initial phone screen for an hour.
