Not good enough. The interviewer is speechless, and the atmosphere is very nervous and unhappy. I need more preparation for the future interview with this company, and I believe I can do better after this failure.

Applied online directly through their site. I was a graduating senior and had spoken to a few of their recruiters at campus job fairs. They advised me to apply to specific openings.

It was just an initial phone interview with HR. Be prepared for lots of questions that go into detail about a project of your choice. Other than that, it was a typical phone screening.
