It's difficult to get promoted. There's no PTU for old workers, only for new ones. But they can change your company name and you stop having PTU.
This year they gave us 0 pesos in PTU, and those from the other company name got about 18K. We went 2 months without IMSS.
There's favoritism. If the boss likes you, they promote you.
