Good salary for a fresher, very good work-life balance, very good team members who are very supportive, and a very friendly manager.
Very little scope for growth. Senior leadership does not make anything clear. Hikes are not given on time. The company cares very little about its people, while it's the people who keep supporting each other. Great coworkers, but very, very, very poor management, leadership, and company policies towards its associates.
Please be transparent. The associates can see the behavior of leadership, and that is why a lot of good people are leaving because they are fed up with the poor management and hide-and-seek games.
