Good Work Culture
Usually, teams are very helpful.
Decent salary hike.
Nice company for freshers to join.
To get a chance to work on new tech-stacks.
Usually, in some teams, the proper development work involves defect/bug fixing (support work). But the trend is changing now, and most teams are getting good enhancement projects on new technologies like React, Ruby on Rails, Rest API, etc.
The process is a bit lengthy. Being a healthcare company, they follow a long and strict process even for a one-line defect fix. So, in case of bug fixing, most of the time goes into the process instead of proper development.
The interview started with a telephonic interview, followed by five rounds of face-to-face interviews. The initial four rounds were technical, and the last round was a manager's round. In this final round, I was asked some basic technical questions,
First, a brief explanation of projects worked on. Followed by a logic explanation for a problem. Then, skills and overall role in end-to-end processes, including requirement analysis, development, and deployment. Methodology followed.
A little long, there are interviews with every team that are a possible match for them. Each interview has a personal and technical interview in under one hour. The first interview is with the recruiter.
