- Salary growth is very slow; it can barely cover inflation.

- Many people stay just because they are in their comfort zone.
- The organization is too big, leading to a lack of visibility.
The policy to hire new grads is very bad. The criteria of "top school" and "GPA 3.8" will filter out lots of talent.
