Helpful Culture, Felt Disrespected
Absolutely wonderful work environment. Necessary sick days were encouraged for interns, and vacations were encouraged for full-time workers. I almost always felt a culture of helpfulness.
I felt disrespected and talked over multiple times. I wonder if my gender played a role in that.
