The company has a good work-life balance culture.
All good, in my opinion.
It was a telephonic interview. There were two coding questions related to data structures and algorithms. I arrived at a partial answer for the first question. The second one I couldn't solve. So, I was eliminated in the first round itself.
Written examination held in college. It took about a month to shortlist candidates. Then came the technical and face-to-face interviews, covering: * My project * C * Data structures * Some tasks
3 Interview Rounds + 1 Hr Round The first round was about projects mentioned in the resume, along with 3 DSA questions. The questions were based on arrays. Questions related to Object-Oriented Programming were also asked.
