Applied online (entry-level hire). Contacted by recruiter to apply for a maximum of 7 teams. I was scheduled for phone interviews from two teams on the same day.

The interview was very nice, and the interviewers were very kind. Even though they didn't offer me the position, I was still happy about the interview. They made me feel comfortable and tried to pull maximum information from me.

I applied through a recruiter. The recruiter asked some questions about my resume and then scheduled a phone screen interview. I failed at the phone screen. The question wasn't so tough, but I was having a bad day. Practice basic data structures.
