Good work-life balance. Good culture.
Average pay and not much growth.
It's a really nice work environment. Work overload and work-life balance are hard to achieve, but the salary and benefits are competitive. I hope they will add more staff.
The interview process consists of two rounds: * **Phone interview:** A conversation with the hiring manager, covering basic Java knowledge and questions about your resume projects. * **On-site interview:** This round includes technical questions
Just the basics and everything from your resume. A phone screen is followed by an in-person interview. The team is nice, and they did not ask many difficult questions. Some design and small algorithms were covered.
