A phone interview was followed by a group interview. I interviewed with each of the team members, which took the whole day. The interview was okay, but one of the team members was taking too long. The manager had to intervene before they let me go.

The interview process in my current team involves some basic algorithm tests and system design questions. But it varies based on your title and level. Also, during my interview, I did not write real code on a whiteboard; pseudocode was used.
