Earlier (before 2016), Oracle was a pretty good company to work in.
- Less work tension
- Less work
- Lawyers are good (immigration-related)
- Not interesting work.
- Bonus and promotions are hard to come by.
- Offices are old; no food, just coffee and beverages in cafes.
- Massive layoffs in recent months and more to come.
- Some very arrogant upper management employees (especially the current Java Architect!)
Fire Mark Reinhold!
Offer bonuses, promotions, or interesting opportunities within the company, or the attrition rate is going to soar up.
