A pretty standard interview cycle occurred: A phone screen was followed by a regular interview loop, all after talking to the hiring manager. I ended up passing on the job, but their process was very normal.

The interviewer was pretty bland, and the format was a little confusing, but the question was simple. She asked me basic behavioral questions that you can find online, such as: * What would you do in this situation? * Talk about a difficult time.
