The technical expertise I acquired while working here has helped me a lot. I got to work with a lot of brilliant minds. If you're lucky, you'll get to be a part of innovative teams experimenting on newer tech.
The pay is too bad, and there was no hike in the two years I worked there, despite getting good appreciation.
If you need to keep your people there, you need to pay more and keep them happy.

Software Engineer
An online test shortlisted over 40 students. The subsequent interviews were excellent, featuring quality questions and experienced interviewers. The process included three rounds, with the final one being an HR round.
