- Good atmosphere
- Healthcare
- Good work-life balance
- Intranet is a mess; can't find anything on it.
- Latest selling Oracle technology is not available for dev teams naturally; there's a cumbersome approval process for it.
- Yearly goals are not really set and tracked; the advancement process is shady at best.
- Salaries never increase unless you rank up or change position, which is not discussed how to do so.
- Dev teams are spread out around the entire globe, from the West US to India, making cooperation very ineffective.
Improve on all of the cons I listed.
