Great Intern Experience
There are various intern workshops and social events. The intern management team invited leaders of the company to share their experience and advice. The social events are fun.
Oracle supports a fully remote work scheme. There were no hard restrictions on the working hours as long as I got the job done.
The colleagues are friendly and helpful. They paid me full respect even though I was just an intern.
Because Oracle supports a fully remote scheme, colleagues may be in areas with a huge time zone difference.
In my case, I have colleagues on the other side of the globe, which sometimes makes it hard and less efficient to communicate promptly.
