Overall experience is good.
No formal training as such is given. You are straight away put on projects. You learn a lot, and you don't feel bored.
You have to be ready to take a lot of pressure. A last-minute workload is common.
Train the freshers first and keep them informed.
Don't put them in for last-minute surprises.
