The interview process includes an aptitude exam, followed by an interview, and then an HR round. The HR round may include questions related to your life, such as how you will cope with certain situations or other random, real-life scenarios.

They will ask about your experience and check your approach. There is no fixed answer they will have in mind; they will check the candidate's attitude and approach.
