Very good place for newcomers, learners, and management players. Lot of opportunity to learn as Oracle owns a lot of products, including Cloud.
Salary hike very bad. It happens once in a blue moon, and that too with peanuts. After a few years, you will get stuck without any growth. Moving out within 2 years is the best plan. Middle management is the worst; all are slaves of US desi managers/directors.
Stop jumping as per your US desi bosses' whims and fancies. Do what you feel is right for you. Stop this dirty sycophancy.
Four interviews, a project in the end. Something not serious, especially if you have to learn Oracle's cloud solution which is worth zero on the market. It's a shame that at the fourth interview, after all this hassle, they got the meeting date wron
Conducted three interviews: * HR * Manager * Team Leader All interviews were over the phone and quite informal. Cannot negotiate salary as they follow a very specific salary band. Not consistent with non-competition clause.
It was nice and easy. Very friendly. Java 8 questions. Data structures and algorithms. System design (LLD and employee polling system design). Find the intersection point of a linked list.
