Solutions Architect
Initial phone interview with hiring manager. Face-to-face with the team. Next face-to-face was a role-play. I had to prepare and deliver a solution proposal. Ten phone interviews. Three weeks in workflow/background before an offer arrived.

Not appealing. The interviewer seemed biased, as if the role was being offered to someone else. This was eventually explained, but not totally. I do wish the company the very best regardless.
