Pros

Benefits are incredible. Direct hire is strictly for the company.

Cons

The CEO is more concerned with AI data centers than paying employees. After a decade of "record sales" quarter after quarter, non-director positions have received 1 or 2 inflation raises, 1 small bonus, and nothing else. Three people are promoted from hundreds every year, despite work efforts (high or low). No focal hires have been made in a long time.

Advice to Management

The employees create the product.

Treat them with respect.
