Oracle's interview was thorough and multi-staged, designed to assess both technical expertise and cultural fit. A technical test and coding challenge were difficult. They also tried to figure out if I could handle tight deadlines and pressure.

It was very professional. Maybe I should say one of the best companies where the interview process was very professional and transparent. Moreover, it was very accurate and to the point, not delaying much, that makes it more interesting.

Overall, a good experience. The people were easy to talk to and smart. I didn't get the offer, but it didn't feel like a waste of time. I would recommend it to anyone who asks.
