Oracle's interview was thorough and multi-staged, designed to assess both technical expertise and cultural fit. A technical test and coding challenge were difficult. They also tried to figure out if I could handle tight deadlines and pressure.

I gave an online coding test and one technical interview. The interviewer was good and supportive. She asked me a few basic questions on multithreading and I wrote basic code on how a thread starts.
