Very good working atmosphere, brand value, good working culture. You will get work from home.
High workload, again that depends on which team you are in. We cannot find a borderline between work-life and family. It worsened during these prolonged work-from-home periods. Salary hikes are for the namesake. Can't expect much until you become a very critical resource.
