Communication via an agent. The interview lasted 6-7 rounds. All technical but one. The interview was rigorous technically. The interviews were first conducted remotely, and then I was called to the Head Office for a 1-on-1 interview process.

It was a nice experience where the interviewer asked a few programming questions. The interview started with project discussion and then day-to-day responsibilities. The interviewer was good enough to give room for thinking on the problems.

First round: Technical round with a Director-level person. Covered consistent hashing plus a few design-level questions. Second round: Technical interview with a senior developer. Third round: Management round. Focused primarily on team management
