I applied through a recruiter.

The interview process is pretty standard. I spoke to a recruiter and scheduled the first technical screen. My interviewer was 8 minutes late, and just when I was about to leave the call, he came. Not a word of apology or explanation of why he was late. He behaved as if nothing had happened. I solved the problem he asked me to but got a reject. Not so unhappy about the reject, I was not getting a good vibe from him anyway.
