The interview process involved an initial remote technical round and a chat with the hiring manager.
The onsite interview had two technical rounds and a discussion with a VP.
I received contradictory information throughout the process where different recruiters and interviewers were not on the same page.
While most of the technical questions were straightforward, I experienced difficulties understanding the technical question from one of the interviewers due to severe language barriers on the part of the interviewer.
The question text was poorly written without any apparent proofreading, and asking clarifying questions didn't help.
Several times throughout the interview with this person, I would explain my thought process on why a seemingly obvious approach won't work for solving the problem, only for the interviewer to tell me that approach won't work for the reason I just explained.
This was very frustrating and disrespectful.
After the interview, I was told I would get feedback on the next business day, but didn't get an update until several days later.
Overall, this doesn't seem like a great place to work.
