I had a very positive experience interviewing with Otter.ai. A recruiter had reached out to me on LinkedIn while I was already in the middle of interviewing with other companies. At Otter, I had interviews with a tech lead, a partner team Director, two software engineers, and the CTO. The coding rounds were pretty standard, but the tone of the discussions was very friendly and conversational. The interviewers seemed humble and genuinely happy to work there, which I found to be refreshing. I ended up accepting Otter's offer as it was competitive and the role was also very foundational. I'm betting on this solid company's growth potential.

Standard data structures and algorithms questions, but nothing too wild.
