Process
I completed the first-round HR interview successfully, and everything went well.
The HR team then scheduled a technical interview with a director, but the interviewer never showed up. After I followed up, there was no response or explanation.
This shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for candidates’ time. If leadership behaves this way during the hiring process, it’s a red flag for how they operate internally. I’m glad I didn’t end up working there.

Questions
HR asked experience and STAR-type questions and later set up the technical interview, but the interviewer never showed up. A completely unprofessional and disrespectful experience.
