• working on a product that's actually meaningful, trying to improve people's health
• very interesting bio data; as I learned about the product I actually got a better understanding of my own health (I noticed how I sleep less than I thought)
• exposure to diverse components, hardware / mobile app / mobile UI, cloud backend
• big enough to have interesting challenges, small enough that you can make a difference
• I really enjoy working with my team - a smart and helpful bunch
• good work-life balance even though it's a growing startup

• Sometimes communication with the US team is tricky due to timezone differences.
• Roadmaps and plans are sometimes a bit fuzzy, though that's not uncommon at this stage.
• There are many ideas and a lot of potential, and you need to stay focused to get things done.

There's still a lot to do: keep learning, keep listening.
