I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks.
Fairly straightforward. A recruiter reached out and had the screening interview. This was followed up with a coding interview. Once I passed that (see questions), I moved on to a "panel," including a strange System Design (see questions), a "Bring a Project," and a Behavioral.
Coding: Given a list of pizza topping inventory, a list of pizza topping requirements, and a list of pizza orders with timestamps, do you have enough inventory to make all the pizzas?
App Design: Design a database table for an online menu. See answer...
Behavioral: What's some hard feedback you've gotten from a manager?
