Process
Tough interview, but well-supported.
The initial process included a talk with the internal recruiter, a coding test (fairly easy, LeetCode style), and two hour-long, back-to-back technical interviews. One of these interviews was Palantir-specific and learning-oriented, while the other focused effectively on systems design.
Unfortunately, I didn't make it past this point. The process would have been followed by a final round with a hiring manager.
Everyone was very friendly, and the company's communications were fast and clear.
