Process
Six interviews were conducted in total:
- Three online
- Three on-site
One online interview was with a recruiter. The other two were an hour long each, during which I shared my screen while programming a solution to a problem.
The three on-site interviews took place on the same day. I was flown from Denmark to New York for these. Each of these interviews was approximately an hour long and included both coding challenges and case studies.

Pros: People are very smart.
There is room to grow. It's not uncommon to see people who have been in the company for 1-2 years becoming Leads.
Huge responsibilities from day 1.
"Choose your own adventure" -> You can create your own growth path in the company if you see the need for it. For example, if you work on X product/customer but you see that there is a need to develop another product, you can start working on that without an issue (as long as you don't jeopardize your other role).
D&I is big here. You can get as involved as you want with this, and that's awesome!
Overall, this is an amazing company. I love it.
Cons: Too much autonomy at times. This is also a pro, but being independent and figuring out things on your own is not for everyone.

Working with some of the smartest people.
Prestige.
Cons: Still a job. Could earn a lot more working a few years and then starting your own company. Long hours. Can't work on side projects or investments.

Pros: The people are great, friendly, and very intelligent.
Interesting work that can have a real impact.
Awesome travel opportunities, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, Washington D.C., London, Sydney, and the UAE, plus more.
The schedule is up to you. Come in and leave whenever, as long as the work is getting done.
Cons: There is a fair amount of technical grunt work to be done, and if you're not careful, you'll end up on boring projects. You can avoid this by proving yourself valuable in other areas.
It's hard to stand out amongst peers when everyone is so talented.
There's no clear path to advancement internally. They're working on this.
Work/life balance varies across teams. Some people are overworked (not me...).
