On-site interviews were somewhat poorly organized, with some interviewers not being available on the day.
The focus was on problem-solving performance rather than prior experience.
I got the impression that a military background would have been advantageous, as a number of interviewers came from that field.
Recruiters were communicative and helpful throughout the process.
