I went through two phone interviews. The first was a screener, and the second asked questions about testing (e.g., "how would you test a GPS?"). I was then invited to the on-site interview. They truly care about candidates: travel expenses were reimbursed, a nice hotel was provided, and they were always attentive to my needs.
The on-site interview lasted a whole day. I met the founder at the end. I thought it had gone pretty well, but I received a rejection email a few days later.
