Site Reliability Engineer Interview Experience - London, United Kingdom

Process

Palantir requires many steps to proceed. It was a standard screening, then an on-site interview, then a whole set of Skype interviews after that.

They always mixed up time zones. At least twice they mixed up BST/GMT, and one interview had to be rescheduled because of this. When you spend a lot of time on their interviewing process, you not only receive no feedback at all, but their HR also disappears. You end up in a situation where they scheduled something else with you, but then dropped all communication.

Another person I know spent two full days on their on-site interviews plus all the screenings, and the behavior was absolutely the same at the end. The next time, we just won't spend our time on this company.
