The interview process began with a phone screening, followed by multiple on-site interviews. Each on-site interview tested a different skill area, ranging from system design to basic algorithm questions.
I had a feeling the interviewers didn't really know what they were doing when they asked me questions. They seemed frustrated when I didn't respond to a vague statement they made exactly how they wanted me to.
