I applied for a software engineer position in the London office.
I had to conduct a phone interview with another company that Palantir assigned.
The questions were fairly easy, mostly focused on implementation.
The second round was kind of onsite, but because of COVID-19, it was done online for about 4 hours with 4 interviews: coding, decomposition, and learning.
They were really weird and difficult, and not the same as other companies.
