Process
I applied online on their website. I received an email from HR stating he wanted to have a Skype chat. I had a 5-10 minute chat, after which he declined to move me forward for the role. He asked me basic questions about my resume and skills. Later, he asked if I knew anything about Palantir. I explained that they work with the government, security, and analyze data. I also mentioned I wanted to learn more during the call. However, he seemed to concur that I didn't know anything about the company and was therefore not a good fit.
No technical questions were asked.
