I didn't perform that well in all of my interviews, but I think they continued to let me through because they thought I would be a good fit for the company. It seems like they care a lot about fit.
Behavioral interviews were also much more conversational than normal. They would dig deeper into what I said rather than asking about the bullet points on my resume.
