I met the recruiter at my university career fair. After a short talk, I was told to take the coding challenge. I bombed the coding challenge but was followed up by a phone interview.
The phone interview went great; I got the concepts and the programming question correct. The interviewer seemed to really like me.
Two hours after the phone interview, I received an email stating they did not want to hire me.

Pros: Fast-paced,
friendly, and open culture.
Cons: If you're not interested in government, intelligence, or defense, then you may be turned off by about half of the business. That said, there's the other half of the business that's not that. I happen to be interested in all of it, so it's great!
Not enough female engineers; some teams are all male.

Pros: - Complete ownership of an important company project, although it is a little daunting in the beginning.
- Very supportive culture that is willing to offer lots of guidance; I never felt completely lost.
- Laidback working environment; I came into the office at 10 am most days.
- Decent work-life balance as a SWE (may be different for FDEs), pretty consistent 40-hour work week.
- Everyone puts a lot of interest into your career growth; they want to see you enjoy and succeed at your work. My mentor and lead were amazing.
- Get to travel a bunch even as an intern, which is super cool!
Cons: Fewer intern social events than I expected, at least in the NY office.
