Overall, I felt disrespected by the recruiters and this company. TLDR;

I applied through their site. The initial response was quite quick. I had a 30-50 minute conversation with HR regarding experience and behavioral questions. Then, I was told it was passed to a hiring manager. I originally applied for Forward Deployment Software Engineer, but then I changed my mind to go for backend. The recruiter said it did not matter. After a few days, I was rejected. The reason given was, 'We do not have any positions that are a strong match for your experience and skills at this time.'

I couldn't believe the decision was made because of my skillset or experience, especially since I was simultaneously in various stages of interview processes with several major IT companies, some even in final stages.

Therefore, I asked for feedback to see if it was a cultural fit problem or if there was something I could improve.

I was then told that written feedback was not possible, but a call would be acceptable. We scheduled a call, which the recruiter did not attend. Nor did they reply to my follow-up emails or apologize in any manner.

I am very disappointed with the experience.
