This was the worst recruiter screen I've had so far. She had an attitude.

She asked what I liked and disliked about my previous company. I explained why I disliked my previous company.

She then mumbled judgmentally, "But every company is like that... anyway, next question."

She proceeded to push me for reasons why I disliked or wanted to move from my previous company. I told her there wasn't anything significantly bad that made me want to move; I was simply exploring new opportunities for relocation. Palantir looked like a good fit.

She then prompted again with the same question, stating she wanted to get to the bottom of it, as if she expected me to say bad things about my current employer.

Seriously! Do you expect all candidates to be unhappy at their current workplace?
