I applied online. Shortly after that, I received an invitation to a HackerRank challenge, which was fair and not overly challenging.
A few days later, I got an email from the recruiter to schedule a phone call, and here things got weird.
The recruiter didn't call at the agreed-upon time. When I sent him an email, he said, "Give me five minutes; I have to find an empty meeting room." After about 20 minutes, he stated we'd have to reschedule the call. We did.
I was waiting for his call (second attempt/scheduling), but he didn't call and didn't answer my email.
I already have ongoing interviews with Amazon and Microsoft, and a very good offer on the table. I'm not sure I'll bother chasing the recruiter again or try to apply at Palantir again.
