The process was very good until the onsite interview. I applied online and the recruiter reached out after one week. I had a preliminary call, then a Karat interview, and finally the onsite. Everything was fine until the onsite.

The Palantir interviewers seemed to exhibit some apathy. They moved from discussing delta to dev and back, and I perceived no clear career growth. They also appeared rude, as if trying to jump down my throat. Furthermore, they were evasive, not able to mention any cons of the company.

Overall, I believe this was an unlucky experience on my part, rather than the company's fault.

The interview consists of three rounds:

• A coding question about trees
• A high-level design question
• A learning question
