Online HackerRank first, then a phone screen with an engineer, which was entirely behavioral. Then a technical interview, LC-style, with another engineer. Then a round of back-to-back interviews (learning/decomp). I didn't make it to the final round, but they were great people to speak to.

Pros: It is a company that pays money and offers benefits. It has employees who are all in the same boat.
Cons: Leadership under AK are shells of people. I would say so much more, but simply put: Don't.

Work with really great engineers.
Competitive compensation (depends on when you join).
Cons: Stressful sometimes.
The company wants to keep it clean, and that'll exploit some people.
Sometimes, you may feel disoriented, and management expects you to deliver; otherwise, they'll show you the door.

Pros: Very grateful this is where I started my career, with plenty of amazing mentors and opportunities to grow beyond my comfort zone.
