Overall, I found Palantir’s interview process challenging yet rewarding, with an opportunity to engage with some impressive professionals.
Although I was ultimately unsuccessful, the triple header, which I felt positive about, didn’t yield the outcome I had hoped for.
The interviews themselves were not incredibly difficult, and I felt like I did well but was still rejected. The hard part, it seems, is that getting 100% on every interview is required, otherwise you will not progress.
