Unhelpful, non-transparent and confusing experience:

1. Was contacted by a recruiter -- talked over the phone for 45 min.
2. Got an email that hiring manager is happy to proceed.
3. Was booked for a 45 min phone screening with an Eng.
4. Completed some coding and interviewer was very happy and said next stage is onsite.
5. Didn't hear anything for a week.
6. When followed up, was told previous recruiter has left.
7. New recruiter booked another 45min conversation with me to "get to know each other!"
8. She told me that she talked to hiring manager and they don't have a fit for me! -- Wat?!
9. Upon followup failed to clarify what was going on and why such a sudden reset.
