Process

Nothing unexpected happened. I did not perform well.

The first-round interview was with a recruiter. It involved a basic introduction of my previous experience.

This was followed by two rounds of phone interviews. The programming problems were not difficult.

I was rejected by the recruiter the day after the second interview.

I am pretty disappointed, but it was a good interview experience. Both interviewers and the recruiter were smart people. I will definitely apply to Palantir next year.
